Product details
Iron ore is the primary raw material for iron and steel. It is traded mainly by size: fines and lumps. Buyers specify iron (Fe) content, silica, alumina, phosphorus, sulfur, moisture and size range.
Iron Ore Fines
Fine-sized ore, used mainly as sinter feed in integrated steel plants.
Iron Ore Lumps
Coarse-sized ore that can be charged directly to the blast furnace or used in direct reduction.
